摘要
英国开放大学以其独有的优势推动开放教育与职业教育优先发展,将重点转移到学位学徒制上。其学徒制等级对应4—7级国家资格,并对应高级技术资格,推动开放教育与职业教育融通发展。英国开放大学秉承高质量发展理念,体现运行机制协同化、贯通化,育人机制系统化、多元化,质量保障机制一体化、实用化等特点,推行学位学徒制。面向软件工程专业学徒,针对其知识、技能和行为特征等全面提升。随着经济复苏,学徒制在帮助企业招募合适的人才和发展所需技能方面将比以往任何时候都更重要。
The Open University promotes the integrated development of open education and vocational education with its unique advantages,largely focusing on degree apprenticeship.Its apprenticeship level corresponds to level 4-7 national qualifications and senior technical qualifications,which can integrate open education and vocational education.The Open University adheres to the concept of high-quality development,embodying the characteristics of collaborative and interconnected operation mechanism,systematized and diversified education mechanism,integrated and practical quality-assurance mechanism,etc.For software engineering professional apprentices,it aims to comprehensively enhance their knowledge,skills and behavior characteristics.As the economy recovers,apprenticeships will be more important than ever in helping companies recruit the right talents and develop the necessary skills.
