摘要
西安丝路欢乐世界中心塔项目为全钢结构异形塔,由内筒钢框架、外筒网壳、大悬挑轮辐式裙摆桁架、顶部莫比乌斯圆环和外筒造型丝带组成。以西安丝路塔项目顶部莫比乌斯环为对象,提出了一种超高立面大直径莫比乌斯环内支撑体系施工技术,对该技术涉及的内支撑体系设计要点、莫比乌斯环分块原则、分块吊装变形预偏技术和分块吊装累积变形控制方法进行了探讨,并分析总结了施工过程中的技术要点,弥补了类似圆环钢结构施工方法的不足,可为后续同类钢结构工程施工提供参考。
The Xi'an Silk Road Happy World Center Tower project is a special-shaped steel tower,consisting of an inner cylinder steel frame,an outer cylinder mesh shell,a large cantilever hub-and-spoke skirt truss,a top Mobius ring and an outer cylinder shaped ribbon.A construction technology of ultra-high facade large-diameter Mobius ring inner support system was given.The design points of the inner support system,the principle of Mobius ring segmentation,the pre-bias technology of block lifting deformation and the control method of block lifting cumulative deformation were discussed.The technical points in the construction process were analyzed and summarized,which makes up for the shortcomings of similar ring steel structure construction methods,and provides a good reference for the subsequent construction of similar steel structure engineering.
