摘要
【目的】对干法制备电池电极的专利技术进行研究和分析,以期为电池电极产业提供参考。【方法】统计分析干法制备电池电极的主要技术分支,对重点技术的改进方向进行剖析。【结果】原纤化法是干法电池电极制备的重点技术,该技术在电池正极的产业化应用尚存在困难,且应进一步在粘合剂、工艺/装置及助剂等方面进行改进。【结论】有助于技术人员了解该领域的发展情况,为相关工作提供参考。
[Purposes]This paper studies and analyzes the patent technology of dry preparation of battery electrode in order to provide reference for battery industry.[Methods]This paper analyzes the main tech⁃nical branches of dry preparation of battery electrode and focuses on the direction of key technologies for improvement.[Findings]The fibrillation method is the key technology of dry preparation of battery elec⁃trode.Industrial application of this technology in positive electrodes is still difficult at present and it should be further improved in terms of binders,process/devices and additives.[Conclusions]This paper helps somehow the skilled person to understand the development in this field and provide reference for related work.
