摘要
光电格雷码式风向传感器风向故障的表现特征往往是一个异常值,加之风向传感器的信号线很多,因此故障排查比较困难且费时费力。文章提出的“模糊正确法”和“电压测量法”简单有效,可分别快速诊断高位和低位格雷码故障点位,尤其适合台站级现场维护。
The characteristic of wind direction faults in photoelectric Gray code wind direction sensors is often an abnormal value.In addition,there are many signal lines in the wind direction sensor,making fault diagnosis difficult and time-consuming.The"fuzzy correct method"and"voltage measurement method"proposed in the article are simple and effective,and can quickly diagnose high and low Gray code fault points respectively,especially suitable for station level on-site maintenance.
