摘要
文中通过分析国内数控铣削加工工艺参数选择的问题,基于动态铣削力模型建立实现铣削加工再生型颤振稳定域的模型建立和仿真,通过动力学参数测试试验获得相应参数,基于颤振稳定域算法仿真出整个加工系统的颤振稳定域图形,为铣削加工切削参数选择和优化提供了理论依据。通过试验验证该仿真算法的有效性和准确性,结果显示,该方法在工厂得到了实际应用并取得了良好的应用效果。
In this article,the analysis is conducted on the problems in selection of CNC milling parameters in China,the model of the dynamic milling force is set up,in order to construct the model of the regenerative flutter stability domain of milling;then,the model is simulated.The parameters obtained through the experiments of the dynamic parameters are used to simulate the graph of the entire machining system’s flutter stability domain,with the help of the flutter stability domain algorithm,thus providing theoretical basis for selection and optimization of the milling parameters.It is verified that the simulation algorithm is effective and accurate through a series of experiment;the simulation method is widely applied in factories and desirable results are yielded.
