摘要
本文针对用于铝电解区域浓度跟踪控制系统中的微电压采集单元的设计进行了阐述,其中详细描述了系统的整体设计构架以及微电压采集单元采集、隔离、放大、调零等各部分的设计原理及相关参数。同时,对其在铝电解区域浓度跟踪控制系统中的关键作用进行了阐述,其作为铝电解区域浓度跟踪控制系统的重要信号感知终端,是系统的整体精准性、稳定性的基石。
In this paper,the design of micro-voltage acquisition unit used in aluminum electrolysis area concentration tracking control system is expounded,in which the overall design framework of the system,the design principle and related parameters of micro-voltage acquisition unit acquisition,isolation,amplification and zero adjustment are described in detail.At the same time,its key role in the concentration tracking control system of aluminum electrolysis area is expounded.As an important signal sensing terminal in the concentration tracking control system in aluminum electrolysis area,it is the cornerstone of the overall accuracy and stability of the system.
