春夏季阳澄湖浮游植物空间分布特征及其与环境因子关系

Spatial distribution of phytoplankton in Lake Yangcheng during spring/summer and its relationship with environmental factors

摘要 基于2015年3月和8月阳澄湖(西湖、中湖和东湖)调查,分析其春夏季浮游植物空间分布格局及影响因素。结果表明,阳澄湖环境因子和浮游植物群落结构存在显著的季节差异(P值均小于0.05)。夏季,西湖和东湖的群落结构间存在显著差异(P=0.024);春季chl a呈现“西高东低”,三个子湖区差异不明显;夏季chl a则为“西低东高”,东、西湖之间存在显著差异。逐步线性回归分析表明,NO_(2)—N和DO是影响春季chl a分布的主要环境因子,而夏季chl a主要由电导率、PO_(4)—P和温度等决定。基于1994、2009和2015年的春季数据,阳澄湖TN和COD_(Mn)等均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,2015年的chl a浓度较2009年呈下降趋势,湖区TP浓度则一直呈现上升趋势。建议在后续监测和研究中加强对东湖(特别是夏季)浮游植物以及全湖磷浓度的监测。 The primary objective was to establish the seasonal and spatial distributions of environmental parameters and their relationships with phytoplankton biomass(measured as chlorophyll a concentration,chl a)in Lake Yangcheng.Samples were collected during spring(March)and summer(August)in 2015,covering the west,middle and east of the lake.The result showed that environmental parameters and phytoplankton community structure varied significantly at seasonal scale(all P values<0.05).The significant difference in community structure was also observed between the west and east in summer(P=0.024).Regarding chl a,no significant difference was observed among the three parts in spring,although the mean value was relatively high in the west.However,in summer,the chl a was significantly higher in the east than that in the west.Stepwise linear regression analysis showed that nitrite and dissolved oxygen were the major parameters that affect chl a in spring,and the key parameters for chl a became conductivity,orthophosphate,and water temperature in summer.Comparison with the data in spring from 1994 and 2009,total nitrogen and permanganate index both increased in 2009 and decreased in 2015,and chl a in 2015 was also lower than that in 2009.However,total phosphorus increased from 1994 to 2015.Local manager should pay more attention to the monitoring of phytoplankton in the eastern part,especially in summer,as well as phosphorus of Lake Yangcheng.
