位错与非均匀夹杂相互作用能的解析和数值计算

Analytical and numerical investigation of the interaction energy between the dislocations and inhomogeneous inclusions

摘要 利用Eshelby等效夹杂法(equivalent inclusion method, EIM)处理非均匀夹杂.考虑了固有本征应变的影响,显式地推导出了不同种类位错与非均匀夹杂的相互作用能.以空洞为例,将所得结果与分子动力学(molecular dynamics, MD)模拟计算值进行了比较,验证了模型的有效性.充分讨论了模型的应用范围,并系统比较了夹杂本征应变与弹性常数对位错-夹杂体系反应能的影响. Eshelby’s equivalent inclusion method(EIM)were used to address the inhomogeneous inclusion problem while considering the effects of the intrinsic eigenstrain.The interaction energy between screw/edge dislocations and inhomogeneous inclusions were explicitly derived.To validate the model,the results of dislocation-void interactions were compared with the results of molecular dynamics(MD)simulations.The model’s capacity were fully evaluated and the effects of inclusion parameters were discussed,including the intrinsic eigenstrain and elastic constant.
