摘要
中国式现代化视域下高校毕业生高质量就业挑战与契机同在,挑战表现为就业岗位的替代性风险涌现、用人单位的需求变更速度加快、非标准就业的不确定性被放大,契机表现为就业岗位的促进效应增加了整体就业总量、产业结构的转型优化促进了薪酬水平提升、人才培育的技术升级提升了毕业生岗位胜任力。推进高校毕业高质量就业应着重从建立政府导向思维,完善顶层设计链条;主动推进产业转型,发挥市场主体效能;夯实就业支持基础,优化人才培育格局;加大就业保障力度,彰显就业促进功能等四个方面进行优化布局。
The college graduates employment orientation presents aggregation pattern,reflected in the employment phenomenon of“squeeze effect”increasingly obvious;career tendency in“stability mentality”occupy the mainstream;job link“slow lazy”are gradually prominent;the emergence of the same state are influenced by the realistic factors,subjective factors,and psychological factors.From the perspective of Chinese path to modernization,the challenges and opportunities of high-quality employment of college graduates are the same.The challenges are manifested in the emergence of alternative risks of employment posts,the acceleration of demand changes of employers,and the uncertainty of non-standard employment is amplified.The opportunities are manifested in the promotion effect of employment posts to increase the total employment,the transformation and optimization of industrial structure to promote the salary level,and the technical upgrading of talent cultivation to improve the job competency of graduates.Promoting the empioyment of college graduates should focus on the establishment of government-oriented thinking,improving the top-level design chain,actively promoting the industrial transformation,consolidating the foundation of employment support,optimizing the talent cultivation pattern,strengthening the employment security and highlighting the function of employment promotion to optimize the layout.
