摘要
习近平总书记提出新质生产力理论,总结了先进生产力的发展方向,为学术研究开辟了新的领域。本文基于2012~2023年A股制造业企业数据,构建了新质生产力的定量测度指标,并实证检验了企业间协作对新质生产力的影响及其作用机制。研究发现企业间协作促进了新质生产力的提升,并通过人才集聚效应、生产工具高效利用、企业间联合创新的渠道提升新质生产力。异质性分析发现,国有企业、产业链主导企业、高数字化转型企业在企业间协作促进新质生产力提升方面的作用更加显著。这些研究结论丰富了新质生产力研究文献,并为推动提高新质生产力的政策制定提供理论支持和微观证据。
Xi Jinping’s theory of new quality productivity outlines the future trajectory of advanced productive forces and introduces new avenues for scholarly investigation.Utilizing data from A-share listed manufacturing firms from 2012 to 2023,this study develops quantitative metrics for new quality productivity and empirically explores the impact of inter-firm collaboration on its enhancement,alongside the underlying mechanisms.Findings reveal that such collaboration significantly boosts new quality productivity,with an upward trend in marginal contributions.The transmission mechanism test indicates that inter-firm collaboration enhances new quality productivity through channels such as talent agglomeration effect,efficient utilization of labor tools,and joint innovation development.Further,heterogeneity analysis underscores state-owned enterprises,industry chain leaders,high digital transformation enterprises play a more significant role in promoting new quality productivity through inter-firm collaboration.These research findings enrich the theoretical literature on new quality productivity and provide theoretical support and micro-level evidence for the Chinese government’s policy formulation to promote the development of new quality productivity.
