基于“双一流”建设和学科评估指标体系的人才培养导向研究

摘要 “双一流”建设与学科评估指标体系构建是建设高等教育强国的重要导向,对我国的拔尖创新人才培养具有重要作用。但是,国家急需、面向国际前沿的世界一流人才培养问题仍然存在,需致力于探寻人才培养的有效路径。本文从高等教育人才培养工作展开,尝试以“双一流”、学科评估指标体系为切入点,分析人才培养的需求特点,研究多轮指标体系变化,并以航空航天类专业人才培养为例,构建航空航天类专业拔尖创新人才培养导向体系,探寻科学合理的人才培养方法,探索世界一流人才培养方案,为我国高校建设与教育改革提供参考,提升人才培养质量与学科建设水平,为教育强国建设赋能。 The construction of "double first-class" and discipline evaluation index system are important guidance on building China into a strong country in higher education,and play an important role in the training of top-notch innovative talents in China.However,there still exist difficulties in the cultivation of world-class talents urgently needed by the country,and it is necessary to explore the effective path of talent cultivation.This paper carried out the research from the cultivation of talents in higher education institutions,innovatively attempted to take "double firstclass" and discipline evaluation index system as the breakthrough points to analyze the characteristics of talent training demands and study multiple rounds of index system change.Taking the cultivation of aerospace talents as an example,this paper built a guidance system for the cultivation of top-notch innovative aerospace talents to explore the scientific and reasonable talent training method and the world-class talent training plan,so as to provide a reference for the construction of colleges and universities and the reform of education,improve the quality of talent training and raise the level of discipline construction,and help to build China into a strong country in education.
