摘要
真空发生器是以真空压强为动力源的重要元器件,应用广泛。真空度是衡量真空发生器工作性能的重要指标。拉瓦尔管的结构参数会影响真空发生器的真空度。为了探明拉瓦尔管结构参数对真空发生器真空度的影响,采用索科洛夫理论方法计算喉管直径、出口直径和喉嘴距3个结构参数,分析它们对真空发生器真空度的影响规律,并确定最佳结构参数。经过分析,喉管直径和出口直径对真空度的影响显著,喉嘴距对真空度的影响不显著;喉管直径为8.0mm、出口直径为17.0mm、喉嘴距为10.0mm是最佳结构参数。
Vacuum generator is an important component of vacuum pressure as power source and is widely used.Vacuum degree is an important index to measure the working performance of vacuum generator.The structure parameters of Laval tube will affect the vacuum degree of vacuum generator.In order to find out the influence of Laval tube structure parameters on the vacuum degree of vacuum generator,the three structural parameters of pipe diameter,outlet diameter and throat distance were calculated by the method of Sokoloff theory,and the influence rule of them on the vacuum degree of vacuum generator was analyzed.After analysis,the influence of pipe diameter and outlet diameter on vacuum degree is significant,but the influence of throat distance on vacuum degree is not significant.The best structural parameters are 8.0 mm diameter of the throat,17.0 mm diameter of the outlet and 10.0 mm distance between the throat and mouth.
