AHP加权TOPSIS结合聚类分析法综合评价不同产地天麻饮片质量

Comprehensive Evaluation of Tianma(Rhizoma Gastrodiae)Herbal Slices Quality from Various Regions Using AHP Weighted TOPSIS Combined with Cluster Analysis

摘要 目的:应用层次分析法(AHP)加权逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)结合聚类分析法综合评价不同产地天麻饮片质量。方法:按照2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》天麻项下方法对不同产地的52批天麻饮片进行质量检验,以水分、总灰分、二氧化硫残留量、醇溶性浸出物、天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇总量的检验结果为评价指标,通过专家评分结合AHP法确定各评价指标权重,5个评价指标的权重分别为0.0441、0.0759、0.1436、0.2681、0.4684。运用TOPSIS法结合聚类分析法对评价指标进行分析。结果:TOPSIS分析显示,52批天麻饮片的相对贴近度(Ci)值在0.0585~0.8242之间,中位值为0.1962,表明天麻饮片质量整体波动较大,总体质量一般。Ci值大于0.5的仅有1批(Y44),表明该批次天麻饮片质量明显优于其他批次。聚类分析显示,当类间距为5时52批天麻饮片被分为3类,Y44单独归为一类,Y11、Y28、Y40、Y42、Y6、Y8、Y12、Y13、Y15、Y17、Y35、Y50、Y51为第二类,剩余38批为第三类。两种方法结果表明市售天麻饮片质量波动较大,总体质量一般。结论:AHP加权TOPSIS结合聚类分析法可用于不同产地天麻饮片质量的综合评价,方法可行且有效。 Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the quality of Tianma(Rhizoma Gastrodiae)herbal slices from different regions using AHP compound weighting TOPSIS combined with cluster analysis.Method:A total of 52 batches of Tianma(Rhizoma Gastrodiae)herbal slices from various regions were subjected to quality inspection according to the methods under the Tianma(Rhizoma Gastrodiae)section of the 2020 Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The inspection results of moisture content,total ash,sulfur dioxide residue,alcohol-soluble extractives,gastrodin,and total hydroxyl benzyl alcohol were taken as evaluation indicators.The weights of the evaluation indicators were determined by expert scoring combined with the AHP method,with weights of the five evaluation indicators being 0.0441,0.0759,0.1436,0.2681 and 0.4684,respectively.TOPSIS combined with cluster analysis was used to analyze the evaluation indicators.Results:TOPSIS analysis of different batches of Tianma(Rhizoma Gastrodiae)herbal slices showed relative closeness(Ci)ranging from 0.0585 to 0.8242,with a median of 0.1962,indicating considerable fluctuation in the overall quality of Tianma(Rhizoma Gastrodiae)herbal slices,which was generally moderate.Only one batch(Y44)had a Ci value greater than 0.5,indicating significantly better quality compared to other batches.Cluster analysis revealed that when the inter-cluster distance was set to 5,the 52 batches of Tianma(Rhizoma Gastrodiae)herbal slices were divided into three clusters.Y44 was classified as a separate category,with Y11,Y28,Y40,Y42,Y6,Y8,Y12,Y13,Y15,Y17,Y35,Y50 and Y51 as the second category,and the remaining 38 batches as the third category.Both methods indicated considerable variation in the quality of Tianma(Rhizoma Gastrodiae)herbal slices on the market,with overall moderate quality.Conclusion:The combined method of AHP weighted TOPSIS with cluster analysis can be utilized for comprehensive quality assessment of Tianma(Rhizoma Gastrodiae)herbal slices from different regions.This approach is feasible and effective.
