摘要
姜黄素是从天然植物姜黄根茎中提取的一类活性成分,具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗炎等药理作用,研究表明姜黄素通过多种机制发挥抗急性髓系白血病(AML)作用。对姜黄素通过抑制细胞增殖、诱导凋亡、免疫调节、逆转耐药性、抑制侵袭转移、调控信号通路等作用机制及联合用药抗AML进行综述,提出姜黄素的不足之处和亟待解决的问题,以期为姜黄素后续研究及临床应用提供思路及理论依据。
Curcumin is a class of active ingredients extracted from the rhizomes of the natural plant turmeric,which has pharmacological effects such as antitumor,immunomodulatory,and anti-inflammatory.Studies have shown that curcumin exerts anti-acute myeloid leukemia(AML)effects through a variety of mechanisms.The mechanism of action of curcumin by inhibiting cell proliferation,inducing apoptosis,immunomodulation,reversing drug resistance,inhibiting invasion and metastasis,regulating signaling pathways,and the combination of anti-AML are summarized,and the shortcomings and problems to be solved urgently are put forward,in order to provide ideas and theoretical basis for the follow-up research and clinical application of curcumin.
