9YCL-0.63型圆草捆打捆包膜一体机设计与试验

摘要 为解决饲草高密度贮藏需求,研究设计了一种具备打捆、包膜等功能的圆草捆打捆包膜设备,基于打捆包膜原理及作业过程分析,从输料方式、上料方式、成捆室形式、裹膜方式、布网方式等分别进行设计分析,通过整机性能试验分析及饲草裹包的应用,结果表明:样机成捆率为98.2%,切网可靠性为100%,切膜可靠性为98.1%,草捆抗摔率为100%,草捆密度748.1~761.4 kg/m^(3)。整机运行平稳可靠,满足饲草打捆包膜要求。 In order to meet the high density storage requirements of forage,a round bale packaging equipment with the functions of baling and encapsulation was designed in this paper.Based on the principle of baling and the analysis of operation process,the design and analysis were carried out from the aspects of transmission method,feeding mode,bale chamber form,wrapping mode and mesh mode,etc.Through the performance test analysis of the whole machine and the application of forage wrap,the results showed that the bale forming rate of the prototype is 98.2%,the reliability of cutting net is 100%,the reliability of cutting film is 98.1%,the bale fall resistance rate is 100%,and the bale density is 748.1~761.4kg/m^(3).The whole machine runs stably and reliably,and meets the requirements of forage baling and wrapping.
