山羊热应激的研究进展

摘要 热应激对动物健康和生产具有重要影响,尤其是对山羊这类被毛厚、瘤胃发酵热增耗高的动物而言更是如此。当动物受到高热环境刺激时,超过其体温调节范围,导致全身性适应反应的产生,其中包括热非特异性反应和特异性障碍。热应激不仅容易对山羊的健康和生产性能造成严重损害,还可能影响到其生存和繁衍能力。该文将综述热应激对山羊生理、血液生化和免疫响应以及产奶、肉品质、采食、瘤胃微生物和繁殖能力的影响,阐明山羊热适应性机制。以期为生产中山羊热应激的综合防控提供参考。 Heat stress significantly impacts animal health and production,particularly in animals like goats that have thick coats and high rumen fermentation heat gain.When animals are exposed to a hyperthermic environment,their thermoregulatory range is surpassed,triggering systemic adaptive responses that encompass both thermal non-specific responses and specific disorders.This heat stress not only poses a threat to the health and performance of goats but also jeopardizes their survival and reproduction.This review explores the effects of heat stress on physiological,blood biochemical,and immune responses in goats,as well as its impact on milk production,meat quality,feed intake,rumen microbes,and reproduction.By shedding light on the mechanisms of heat acclimatization in goats,this paper aims to offer insights for effectively preventing and managing heat stress in goat production.
