摘要
神经根型颈椎病(CSR)是一种由于颈神经根受到压迫刺激所致的慢性退行性疾病,发病率较高,是临床最常见的慢性病之一。临床上,CSR的治疗以中、西医保守治疗为主,其中中医传统外治法最常见。中医传统外治法具有操作简单、安全等优势,可有效改善或减轻颈肩部不适症状。由于肌筋膜激痛点的产生在慢性疼痛疾病中较常见,中西医结合治疗CSR常基于激痛点理论采用中医传统外治法达到治疗目的,从而为临床医师治疗CSR提供更多选择。
Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)is a chronic degenerative disease caused by compression and stimulation of cervical nerve roots.It has a high incidence and is one of the most common chronic diseases in clinic.In clinical practice,conservative treatment with both Chinese and western medicine is the main approach,with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external treatment being the most common,which has the advantages of simple and safe operation,and can effectively improve or alleviate discomfort symptoms in the neck and shoulders.Due to the frequent occurrence of myofascial trigger points in chronic pain diseases,the combination of TCM and western medicine often adopts TCM external treatment methods to treat CSR based on the trigger point theory,providing more choices for the clinical physicians to treat CSR.
