摘要
目的:编制适合中国国情的儿童期不良经历自评量表,并检验其信效度。方法:参考国内外成熟量表、相关法律法规、临床经验,结合专家意见和小范围试答反馈结果,编制量表初稿。以348名大学生为被试对量表初稿进行项目分析和探索性因素分析,结合专家意见和课题组讨论形成初试量表。以607名大学生为被试对初试量表进行项目分析、探索性因素分析和信效度检验,形成正式版量表。结果:儿童期不良经历自评量表共56个条目,包含家庭环境不良、家庭虐待与忽视、性虐待、学生欺凌、教师虐待、目睹社区暴力、集体暴力7个维度。总量表及各维度的内部一致性信度、分半信度、重测信度分别为0.783~0.949、0.734~0.969、0.697~0.911。量表结构效度良好(χ2/df=2.421,RMSEA=0.048,SRMR=0.049,GFI=0.825,AGFI=0.809,IFI=0.887,TLI=0.881,CFI=0.887)。总量表及各维度与各效标均呈显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:儿童期不良经历自评量表具有良好的信效度,可作为评估儿童期不良经历的有效工具。
Objective: To develop and validate the adverse childhood experiences self-rating scale(ACESRS) which is suitable for China's national conditions. Methods: Based on the domestic and foreign scales, relevant laws and regulations,clinical experiences, expert opinions, and small samples feedback report, the initial ACESRS was formed. Then, data from348 college students were used in item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and the second edition of ACESRS was formed by expert opinions and group discussion. Finally, data from 607 college students were used in item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and testing the reliability and validity, to form the formal ACESRS. Results: The ACESRS consists of56 items, including 7 dimensions: negative family environment, abuse and neglect, sexual abuse, student bullying, teacher abuse, collective violence, and community violence. The internal consistency reliability,split-half reliability and test-retest reliability of the total scale and 7 dimensions were 0.783~0.949, 0.734~0.969, 0.697~0.911, respectively. The model showed an acceptable fit(χ2/df=2.421, RMSEA=0.048, SRMR=0.049, GFI=0.825, AGFI=0.809, IFI=0.887, TLI=0.881,CFI=0.887). Scores of the total scale and 7 dimensions were significant related to the scores of adverse childhood experience-international questionnaire, patient health questionnaire-9, and generalized anxiety disorder-7. Conclusion: The ACESRS has good validity and reliability, and it can be used as an effective tool to evaluate adverse childhood experiences.
