摘要
为探讨锐齿槲栎种子形态特征和营养成分的变异规律,以小陇山林区5个锐齿槲栎种群的104个单株的种子为试材,对其7个种子形态特征和4个营养成分含量进行测定,并运用方差分析、相关分析和聚类分析等统计方法进行深入分析。结果显示:种群间及种群内的7个形态指标均存在显著或极显著差异,种群间的4个营养成分含量均存在极显著差异。百花种群的种宽、包被长、种脐长、包被长/种长、百粒质量和可溶性糖含量等方面均显著高于其他4个种群,而东岔种群的百粒质量最低,仅为百花种群的72.35%,且种子的含水量、可溶性糖和淀粉含量也相对较低。形态特征的变异系数普遍低于营养成分,平均表型分化系数为35.41%,表明种群内的变异程度高于种群间的变异。锐齿槲栎种子的大多数性状之间及其与纬度间具有显著相关性。基于主成分和聚类分析的结果,将锐齿槲栎种子分为大包被大粒的群体、小包被大粒的群体、大包被小粒的群体、小包被小粒的群体4类。研究结果表明,锐齿槲栎种子性状存在丰富的遗传变异,种群内变异是其遗传差异的主要来源。种子特征参数与纬度间存在一定的相关性。张家和百花具有大种子和高营养的特征,是潜在的优异种质资源的分布区。研究结果可为锐齿槲栎种质资源保护和优良品种选育提供科学依据。
To explore the variation patterns of morphological characteristics and nutritional components of Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata Maxim.seeds,seeds from 104 individual plants of 5 populations in Xiaolongshan Forest Region were used as test materials.Seven morphological characteristics of the seeds and the contents of four nutritional components were determined,and in-depth analyses were conducted using statistical methods such as analysis of variance,correlation analysis,and cluster analysis.The results showed that the populations and between populations within the seven significant or extremely significant differences morphological indexes,four nutritional components are extremely significant differences.The seed width,mantle length,seed umbilical length,mantle length/seed length,100-grain-weight and soluble sugar content of the Baihua forest region were significantly higher than those of the other four populations,while the 100-grain-weight of Dongcha forest region was the lowest,only 72.35%of the Baihua population,and the water content,soluble sugar and starch contents of the seeds were smaller.The variation coefficient of morphological characteristics was lower than that of nutrient content,and the average phenotypic differentiation coefficient was 35.41%,which indicated the variation within populations was higher than that between populations.Most of the seed characters were significantly correlated with each other and with latitude.Based on the results of principal component and cluster analysis,the seeds were divided into 4 types:large population covered by large grains,small population covered by large grains,large population covered by small grains,and small population covered by small grains.To sum up,seed characters of Q.acuteserrata Maxim.were abundant genetic variations,the genetic variation within populations was the main source,the seed characteristic parameters were significantly correlated with latitude.Baihua and Zhangjia has the characteristics of large seeds and high nutrition,which were potent
