摘要
目的探讨术前预康复策略在口腔癌围术期患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月在山西医科大学第一医院口腔科门诊就诊的拟行手术治疗的口腔癌患者100例,按照随机对照的原则分为对照组和试验组,两组患者各50例。对照组采用常规的护理方式,试验组在常规护理的基础上实施术前预康复策略。比较两组患者干预前后的功能状况、营养状况(血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、血钾)、心理状况[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)评分]、术后首次下床活动的时间、总住院时间。结果干预后,患者血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、HAMA评分及首次下床活动时间、总住院时间明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论术前预康复策略为口腔癌患者手术创造良好的条件,有利于患者术后恢复,能够明显缩短患者的总住院天数,提高患者对科室医疗服务质量的满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of preoperative pre-rehabilitation strategy in perioperative patients with oral cancer.Methods:A total of 100 patients with oral cancer who were expected to undergo surgical treatment in the Stomatology Department of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the principle of randomized control,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the experimental group implemented preoperative pre-rehabilitation strategy on the basis of conventional nursing.The functional status,nutritional status(serum albumin,hemoglobin and potassium),psychological status[Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score],time of first postoperative activity and total length of hospital stay of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the serum albumin,hemoglobin,HAMA scores,the first time to get out of bed and the total length of hospital stay of the patients were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Preoperative pre-rehabilitation strategy creates good conditions for oral cancer patients to operate.It is conducive to postoperative recovery of patients.It can significantly shorten the total hospital stay of patients and improve patients'satisfaction with the quality of medical services in the department.
