摘要
目的 探讨克罗米芬胶囊联合垂体促性腺激素在妇科内分泌失调患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年4月至2023年4月通用集团三〇二医院妇科收治的内分泌失调患者96例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组采用克罗米芬胶囊联合垂体促性腺激素治疗,比较两组性激素水平、子宫内膜容受性及预后情况。结果 观察组治疗后雌激素(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预3个疗程后优势卵泡数目及子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05),宫颈黏液评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排卵率及妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05),卵泡发育失败率及卵泡成熟未妊娠率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 克罗米芬胶囊联合垂体促性腺激素用于妇科内分泌失调患者中,能改善性激素水平,提高子宫内膜容受性,改善患者预后情况。
Objective To explore the effect of clomiphene capsule combined with pituitary gonadotropin in patients with gynecological endocrine disorders.Methods A total of 96 patients with endocrine disorders admitted to the gynecology department of General Group 302 Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with clomiphene capsule combined with pituitary gonadotropin.The sex hormone levels,endometrial receptivity and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of estrogen(E_(2)),progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);After 3 treatment courses,the number of dominant follicles and endometrial thickness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the cervical mucus score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of follicle development failure and follicle maturation without pregnancy were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clomiphene capsule combined with pituitary gonadotropin can improve the level of sex hormone,enhance endometrial receptivity and improve the prognosis of patients with gynecological endocrine disorders.
