摘要
为筛选适合新疆伊犁种植的矮化优质苹果品种,本研究选取蜜脆、蜜脆(无花叶病)、华硕矮、华硕俄176、华硕俄396、华硕Y-1和瑞阳等11个矮化苹果品种为研究对象,测定其果实发育不同时期叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶绿素含量和净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)和气孔导度(Gs)等指标,对不同品种果实发育期光合特性进行研究。结果表明,华硕俄176和华硕Y-1在发育前期叶面积较大,后期瑞阳叶面积最大、养分积累更强;果实发育不同时期西施红、华硕俄176、瑞阳和华硕俄396的叶绿素含量明显高于其余品种;不同果实发育期锦绣红的Pn明显较高且表现相对稳定,而华硕俄176、瑞阳、瑞雪和王林的叶片Pn较高,且出现动态变化;西施红、华硕Y-1、华硕俄396和华硕俄176的Gs和Tr明显高于其余品种;西施红和华硕俄396的Ci明显高于其余品种。综上,品种锦绣红的Tr和Gs较小,抗旱能力较强,Pn、胞间CO_(2)利用效率均较高,更有利于有机物积累,是较适宜引种品种,其次为品种瑞阳,可进一步在研究区示范种植。
In order to screen high-quality dwarfing apple varieties suitable for planting in Ili Prefecture,Xinjiang,11 dwarfing apple varieties including Micui,Micui(without mosaic disease),Huashuo Dwarf,Huashuo Russian176,Huashuo Russian396,Huashuo Y-1,and Ruiyang were selected as research objects,and measured their leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,chlorophyll,and net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),intercellular CO_(2)concentration(Ci),and stomatal conductance(Gs)at different stages of fruit development were measured,photosynthetic characteristics of different varieties of fruit during development were studied.The results showed that Huashuo Russia 176 and Huashuo Y-1 had larger leaf areas in the early stage of development,and the largest leaf area and stronger nutrient accumulation in the later stage of Ruiyang;At different stages of fruit development,the chlorophyll content of Xi Shihong,Huashuo Russian176,Ruiyang,and Huashuo Russian396 were significantly higher than that of other varieties;At different stages of fruit development,the Pn of Rust Red was significantly higher and relatively stable,while the Pn of leaves in Huashuo Russian176,Ruiyang,Ruixue,and Wanglin were higher and showed dynamic changes;The Gs and Tr of Xi Shihong,Huashuo Y-1,Huashuo Russian396,and Huashuo Russian176 were significantly higher than those of other varieties;The Ci of Xi Shihong and Huashuo Russian396 were significantly higher than that of other varieties.In summary,the variety Rust Red had lower Tr and Gs,stronger drought resistance,higher net photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO_(2)utilization efficiency,which were more conducive to organic matter accumulation.It was the most suitable variety for introduction,followed by the variety Ruiyang,which could be further demonstrated for planting in study area.
