摘要
本文建立了液相色谱-串联质谱法测定纺织品中9种全氟化合物的方法。样品经甲醇超声波提取,过滤后上机检测。资生堂150 mm色谱柱分离,以甲醇-20 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液梯度洗脱,多反应监测(MRM)负离子模式扫描,外标法定量。本方法在线性范围5.02 ng/m L~834.4 ng/m L内线性良好,相关系数0.9937~0.9992,方法检出限3.34μg/kg~48.98μg/kg,加标回收率82.14%~103.43%,相对标准偏差2.05%~7.86%。该方法样品前处理简单、分析速度快、灵敏度高,适用于纺织和纺织产品中9种全氟化合物的检测分析。
A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was established to determine 9 PFAS in textiles.The sample was extracted by methanol ultrasound,filtered,and tested on the machine.Shiseido 150 mm chromatographic column separation,gradient elution with methanol 20 mmol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution,multi reaction monitoring(MRM)negative ion mode scanning,quantitative analysis using external standard method.This method has good linearity within the linear range of 5.02 ng/mL~834.4 ng/mL,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9937~0.9992 and a detection limit of 3.34μg/kg~48.98μg/kg,with a recovery rate of 82.14%~103.43%and a relative standard deviation of 2.05%~7.86%.This method has simple sample pretreatment,fast analysis speed,and high sensitivity,and is suitable for the detection and analysis of 9 PFAS in textiles and textile products.
