摘要
大数据发展日新月异,科技推进产业加速升级,企业发展必然对人力资源这一关键生产力要素提出更高更新的要求。通过人力资源管理如何能够更好发挥出效果,实现从数量增长向效能提升转变,实现新质生产力的有效发展是当前面临的紧迫课题。文章通过对人力资源效能概念、测量方法及模型的文献述评,评价人力资源效能的研究现状,并提出未来的研究方向和思路。
With the rapid development of big data and technology-driven industrial upgrading,corporate development inevitably puts forward higher and newer requirements for the key productivity factor of human resources.How to better leverage human resource management to shift from quantitative growth to efficiency improvement and achieve effective development of new quality productivity is an urgent issue at present.This paper conducts a literature review of the concept,measurement methods,and models of human resource efficiency,evaluates the current state of research on human resource efficiency,and proposes future research directions and approaches.
