摘要
为验证烤烟新品系HN2619在湘南烟区的生态适应性,于2020—2022年在永州市江永县、江华瑶族自治县、宁远县、新田县,以当地主栽品种云烟87为对照,通过大田试验种植,对参试品种的主要生育期、植物学性状、农艺性状、抗病性、外观质量、经济性状以及初烤烟叶内在化学成分进行了对比分析。结果表明,HN2619大田生育期适中,株型为塔型,叶数较多,叶形长椭圆,对普通花叶病和赤星病抗性较好,产量、产值与对照相似,内在化学成分与对照相当。HN2619整体表现与当地主栽品种云烟87(对照)相当,表现出较好的生态适应性,可作为推广品种(系)加大示范种植面积,同时应做好调制措施配套及感官评吸质量分析等工业验证分析。
In order to verify the ecological adaptability of new flue-cured tobacco line HN2619 in southern Hunan,field experiments were carried out in Jiangyong County,Jianghua Yao Autonomous County,Ningyuan County and Xintian County of Yongzhou City from 2020 to 2022,with Yunyan 87 as the control.The main growth period,botanical traits,agronomic traits,disease resistance,appearance quality,economic traits and chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves of the tested varieties were compared and analyzed.Results showed that HN2619 had the characteristics of moderate growth period in the field,tower-shaped plant,more leaves,long elliptical leaf shape,good resistance to common mosaic and brown spot disease.The yield and output value of HN2619 were similar to those of the control,and its internal chemical composition was equivalent to that of the control.The overall performance of HN2619 was similar to that of Yunyan 87(CK),which showed good ecological adaptability and could be used as an extension variety(line).The demonstration planting area should be increased,and the industrial verification analysis should be done well,such as the matching of modulation measures and sensory smoking quality analysis.
