摘要
含有机染料的废水会导致严重环境污染,有效去除废水中有机染料污染物的研究广受关注。本研究利用均苯四甲酸和四水合硝酸铟作为原料,通过直接沉淀法和溶剂热法成功组装了两个铟基配合物材料(In-CP#1和In-CP#2),并对其进行了表面形貌、红外光谱、X-射线粉末衍射、比表面积以及热重表征。同时,将两化合物作为吸附剂,系统研究了吸附时间和有机染料初始浓度对其吸附性能的影响及其吸附机理。结果表明,两化合物的吸附机理主要是化学作用,且吸附过程符合准二级动力学特征,但并不符合Langmuir单分子层吸附模型。
The removal of organic dyes from wastewater has been of much interest due to wastewater containing organic dyes causing serious environmental pollution problems.In this study,two In(Ⅲ)-based coordination polymers materials have been constructed via direct precipitation method and solvothermal synthesis using the 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid(H4betc)and Indium nitrate tetrahydrate,namely,In-CP#1 and In-CP#2.The compounds were characterized by SEM,FTIR,XRD,the surface area and TGA.Additionally,the compounds were used as adsorbents to selectively adsorb Congo red(CR)in aqueous solution.The adsorption effects of adsorption time and CR initial concentration on the adsorption process were investigated.Furthermore,the adsorption mechanism study on the adsorption process was conducted.The results showed that the adsorption mechanism of the adsorbent materials is mainly chemical interaction,and the adsorption processes conforms to pseudo-second-order kinetic,but does not fit the Langmuir monolayer adsorption model.
