摘要
为了研究裂纹对邮轮舷窗结构产生的影响,该文首先使用有限元软件复现了其他研究中关于舷窗结构角隅处裂纹扩展的实验,验证了研究方法的可行性;然后构建了2类舷窗结构模型,利用裂纹扩展软件探讨了舷窗结构角隅处裂纹在不同因素作用下的扩展特性,并计算了含裂纹舷窗结构的抗压极限强度;最后从断裂力学角度,依托改进的Paris公式提出了舷窗结构的极限状态函数,使用蒙特卡罗法计算了不同条件下结构的失效概率与可靠性指标。研究结果对邮轮设计有一定的参考意义。
The experiments of crack propagation at the corner of the porthole structure are reproduced to study the impact of the cracks on the porthole structure of cruise ships by using the finite element software,which verified the feasibility of the current research method.Two types of porthole structure models are then established to discuss the crack propagation characteristics at the corner of the porthole structure under different factors by using the crack propagation software.The ultimate compressive strength of the porthole structure with cracks is also calculated.Finally,the ultimate state function of the porthole structure is proposed based on the improved Paris formula from the viewpoint of fracture mechanics.The failure probability and reliability index of the structure under different conditions are calculated by the Monte Carlo method.The results can provide references for the design of luxury cruise ships.
