摘要
数字经济是增强我国经济韧性的核心动力。选取2013—2022年我国22个省份(未包括四川、陕西、山西、安徽、甘肃、青海、新疆、宁夏、西藏和港澳台地区)面板数据,在测算数字经济发展水平和经济韧性水平的基础上,分析数字经济发展对经济韧性的影响。研究表明:数字经济发展对经济韧性有着积极影响,且数字经济对不同地区经济韧性的影响存在差异;产业结构升级、资源配置效率提高、人力资本水平提升和科技投入增加在数字经济影响经济韧性中发挥调节作用,但对外部依赖程度过高时反而会对经济韧性产生不利影响。据此,建议重视市场机制的积极作用,完善知识产权保护制度,积极培育高端劳动要素市场,健全双循环发展机制等。
The digital economy is the core driving force for the resilience of our economy.Based on the panel data of 22 provinces in China(excluding Sichuan,Shaanxi,Shanxi,Anhui,Gansu,Qinghai,Xinjiang,Ningxia,Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)from 2013 to 2022,the impact of digital economy development on economic resilience is analyzed on the basis of measuring the level of digital economy development and economic resilience.The results show that the development of digital economy has a positive impact on economic resilience,and the impact of digital economy on economic resilience in different regions is different;the upgrading of industrial structure,the improvement of resource allocation efficiency,the improvement of human capital level and the increase of scientific and technological investment play a moderating role in the impact of digital economy on economic resilience,but when the degree of external dependence is too high,it will have a negative impact on economic resilience.Therefore,it is suggested to attach importance to the positive role of the market mechanism,improve the intellectual property protection system,actively cultivate the high-end labor factor market,and accelerate the dual-cycle development mechanism.
