高等医学院校发展型资助育人模式的构建研究

摘要 分析高等医学院校资助育人现状,发现资助育人工作存在针对性不强、评价体系不完善等问题,因此分析构建发展型资助育人模式的重要性,明确了发展型资助育人的特色及优势,并提出具体措施及建议,包括构建多元化的资助体系、明确资助对象认定标准、加强教育引导等,从而更好地满足家庭经济困难学生需求,使学生在完成学业的同时能实现自我价值,为社会做出贡献。 Analyzing the status of funding education in medical colleges,it is found that there are problems such as weak pertinence and incomplete evaluation system in the work of funding education.Therefore,the importance of building a development-based subsidized education model is analyzed,and the characteristics and advantages of development-based funding education are clarified.Specific measures and suggestions are proposed,including building a diversified subsidized system,clarifying the criteria for identifying subsidy objects,strengthening educational guidance.So as to meet the needs of students with economy difficulties better,enabling them to realize their self-worth while completing their studies and contribute to society.
