摘要
文章旨在研究不同代花粉饲料对蜂群采食量、群势及工蜂生理指标的影响。试验将16群蜂王繁殖力和工蜂数量相近的中华蜜蜂随机分为4组,每组4群。各组蜂群分别采用茶花粉(T0组)、玉米蛋白粉(T1组)、菜籽饼(T2组)、啤酒酵母(T3组)作为饲料原料。试验从春季繁殖期开始,共计60 d。结果表明:(1)4组蜂群的总采食量分别为1671.84、1972.84、1428.63、2298.47 g。其中,与T0组相比,T1组、T3组蜂群的总采食量显著提高了18.00%、37.48%(P<0.05)。(2)试验第20天,T3组蜂群群势显著高于T0组、T1组、T2组(P<0.05);试验第40天,T3组蜂群群势显著高于T0组、T2组(P<0.05);试验第60天,T1组、T3组蜂群群势显著高于T0组、T2组(P<0.05)。(3)4组蜂群工蜂初重分别为0.11、0.12、0.09、0.11 g。其中,与T2组相比,T0组、T1组、T3组工蜂初重显著提高了22.22%、33.33%、22.22%(P<0.05)。T1组成年工蜂头部蛋白质含量显著高于T0组和T2组(P<0.05)。由此可见,用玉米蛋白粉、啤酒酵母作为饲料原料,能增加蜂群采食量,促进蜂群群势增长,改善工蜂生理指标;用菜籽饼作为饲料原料会降低工蜂初重。
To study the effects of different pollen substitute feed on feed intake,colony potential,and physiological indicators of worker bees in bee colonies.Select 16 groups of Chinese honeybees with similar reproductive capacity and worker bees,and randomly divide them into 4 groups,with 4 groups in each group.Each group of bee colonies used tea pollen(T0 group),corn protein powder(T1 group),rapeseed cake(T2 group),and beer yeast(T3 group)as feed ingredients.The experiment started from the spring reproductive period and lasted for a total of 60 days.The results showed that:(1)The total feed intake of the four bee colonies was 1671.84 g,1972.84 g,1428.63 g,and 2298.47 g,respectively.Among them,compared with the T0 group,the total feed intake of the T1 and T3 groups significantly increased by 18.00%and 37.48%(P<0.05).(2)On the 20th day of the experiment,the bee colony potential of the T3 group was significantly higher than that of the T0,T1,and T2 group(s P<0.05);On the 40th day of the experiment,the bee colony potential of the T3 group was significantly higher than that of the T0 and T2 groups(P<0.05);On the 60th day of the experiment,the bee colony potential of the T1 and T3 groups was significantly higher than that of the T0 and T2 groups(P<0.05).(3)The initial weights of the four groups of worker bees in the bee colony were 0.11,0.12,0.09 and 0.11g,respectively.Among them,compared with the T2 group,the T0,T1,and T3 groups significantly increased the initial weight of worker bees by 22.22%,33.33%,and 22.22%(P<0.05).The protein content in the head of adult worker bees in the T1 group was significantly higher than that in the T0 and T2 groups(P<0.05).From this,it can be seen that using corn protein powder and beer yeast as feed materials can increase the feed intake of the bee colony,promote the growth of the bee colony potential,and improve the physiological indicators of worker bees;Using rapeseed cake as feed material reduced the initial weight of worker bees.
