摘要
为了解决路面压实质量监控系统有效信息采集不足且传输过程适应性不强的问题,提出了一种多源信息融合的路面压实质量智能监控系统。首先,构建路面压实质量智能监控系统的总体框架;其次,以STM32和ESP8266WiFi模块为硬件核心,创建了对单基站RTK(Real Time Kinematic)设备和加速度传感器等装置的信号采集与传输终端软硬件平台,实现了多接口数据实时采集和传输;最后,结合SQL Server2017分别设计了基于B/S架构的Web系统和基于Hbuilder平台的手机App软件,并在高原环境下开展了多源信息的采集和传输试验。试验结果表明:系统能够实现局域网下对RTK设备和加速度传感器等信号的实时采集、数据解析,并实时监控压路机的压实遍数、压实度和碾压轨迹等信息。该研究为道路施工过程的作业质量监控提供了技术支撑。
To address the problem of insufficient effective information collection and weak transmission process adaptability of road compaction quality monitoring system,an intelligent monitoring system for road compaction quality based on multi-source information fusion is proposed.Firstly,the overall framework of an intelligent monitoring system for road compaction.quality is constructed;secondly,with STM32 and ESP8266WiFi modules,the software and hardware platform for signal acquisition and transmission terminal of single-base station Real Time Kinematic(RTK)device and acceleration sensor is created to realize multi-interface real-time data acquisition and transmission;finally,the Web system based on B/S architecture and the mobile phone App based on Hbuilder platform are designed respectively,and the multi-source information collection and transmission experiments are carried out in the plateau environment.The experimental results show that the system can achieve real-time acquisition of RTK equipment and acceleration sensor signals,data analysis,and real-time monitoring of compaction times,compaction degree,and rolling track information.This study provides technical support for the operation quality monitoring of the road construction process.
