摘要
竹拉丝产品是一种重要的竹产品类型。基于生命周期评价的方法对典型竹拉丝产品竹地毯进行了碳足迹评价,其中包括原材料运输阶段、加工阶段、附加物阶段的碳排放以及产品的碳储存效益,并评估了竹废料在不同回收利用情景下的替代减排效益。结果表明:竹地毯产品碳足迹值为1.1018 kg CO_(2)e/m^(2),其中运输、加工、附加物过程的碳排放量分别为0.0286、0.1886、1.1595 kg CO_(2)e/m^(2)。同时竹地毯碳储量效益为0.2750 kg CO_(2)e/m^(2)。考虑回收利用时,20%回收率产生的替代减排效益即可使竹地毯的碳足迹降为负碳,碳足迹值为-0.0618kg CO_(2)e/m^(2)。以上研究可为竹拉丝产业的碳排放结构调整提供参考,提高竹产业废料利用的意识。
Bamboo pultruded products are an important type of bamboo products.In this study,the carbon footprint of bamboo carpet,a typical bamboo pultruded product,was evaluated based on the life cycle assessment(LCA)methodology,which includes the carbon emissions of the raw material transportation stage,processing stage,and add-on stage,as well as the carbon storage benefit of the product,and the substitution and emission reduction benefits of the bamboo wastes were assessed under different recycling scenarios.The results show that the carbon footprint value of bamboo carpets is 1.1018 kg CO_(2) e/m^(2),of which the carbon emissions from transportation,processing and add-on processes are 0.0286,0.1886 and 1.1595 kg CO_(2) e/m^(2),respectively,and the carbon storage benefit of bamboo carpets is 0.2750 kg CO_(2) e/m^(2).When recycling is considered,the alternative emission reduction benefit generated by 20%recovery rate can reduce the carbon footprint of bamboo carpet to negative carbon,with a carbon footprint value of-0.0618 kg CO_(2) e/m^(2).The above study can provide a reference for the carbon emission restructuring of the bamboo pultruded product industry,and raise the awareness of the utilization of waste materials in the bamboo industry.
