大型深水开敞式码头断缆原因分析及应对措施

摘要 由于码头泊位越来越大,掩护条件较为理想的岸线海湾资源越来越少,开敞式码头常建设在天然水深或稍经疏浚而没有人工掩护设施的水域,其自然条件直接关系到船舶的系泊安全,为此大型深水开敞式码头的泊稳条件愈发得到关注和研究。采用实证分析的方法,以大型船舶的系缆及缆绳管理问题为切入点,探讨防止船舶在泊断缆的问题,提出解决方案的建议,为大型船舶系泊安全管理提供参考。 Due to the increasing size of dock berths and the scarcity of ideal shoreline bay resources for protection,open docks are often built in water with natural depth or slightly dredged without artificial shelter facilities,and their natural conditions are directly related to the mooring safety of the ships.Therefore,the berthing stability conditions of large-scale deep-water open dock have been studied and received more and more attention.Taking the mooring and cable management of large ships as the breakthrough point,this paper discusses the problem of preventing ships from breaking cables while moored alongside,and puts forward suggestions for solutions,providing a reference for the mooring safety management of large ships.
