摘要
文章以某高速电机为研究对象,开展振动特性和抗冲击性能研究。首先,建立了某高速电机转子的动力特性有限元计算模型,并完成了临界转速和振型计算分析;其次,开展了高速电机全转速范围内的动力特性试验和抗冲击性能试验研究,验证了高速电机具有良好的振动特性,并具备不低于10 g的垂向抗冲击性能和不低于6 g的轴向抗冲击性能。该研究为冲击载荷下的试验提供了驱动方式。
Taking a high-speed motor as the research object,the vibration characteristics and impact resistance are researched.Firstly,the finite element calculation model of the dynamic characteristics of the high-speed motor rotor is established while the critical speed and vibration mode are calculated and analyzed;Secondly,the dynamic characteristics test and impact resistance performance test of the high-speed motor are carried out within the full speed range,which verify that the high-speed motor has good vibration characteristics and possesses a vertical impact resistance no less than 10 g and an axial impact resistance no less than 6 g.The research provides a driving method for the test under the impact load.
