摘要
针对植物染料采用直接染色法上染率低的问题,以明矾为媒染剂,利用植物染料YD对纯棉针织物进行染色。研究了染色温度、醋酸质量浓度、染色浴比、保温时间、明矾质量浓度及染料质量浓度对纯棉针织物染色性能的影响,并对染色工艺进行了优化。优化后的染色工艺为:染色温度100℃、醋酸质量浓度0.7 g/L、浴比1∶20、明矾质量浓度1 g/L,加入明矾后保温20 min。明矾能够提高织物的表观得色深度,但是植物染料YD只适合染浅色。染色后面料的耐皂洗、耐摩擦色牢度均在4级以上,能够满足服装面料对色牢度的要求,同时染色后的面料具有良好的抗菌、抗紫外线性能。
In response to the problem of low dyeing rate of plant dyes by direct dyeing method,alum is used as mordant in cotton knits dyeing with plant dye YD.The effects of dyeing temperature,acetic acid dosage,dyeing bath ratio,holding time,alum dosage and dye dosage on the dyeing performance of cotton knitted fabrics are studied and the dyeing process is optimized.The optimized dyeing process is determined as follows:dyeing temperature 100℃,acetic acid dosage 0.7 g/L,bath ratio 1∶20,alum dosage 1 g/L,holding for 20 min after adding alum.Alum can improve the apparent color depth of the fabrics,but the vegetable dye YD is only suitable for light color.The color fastness to soaping and rubbing of the dyed fabrics is above grade 4,which could meet the requirements of color fastness of garment fabrics,and the dyed fabrics have good antibacterial and anti-UV properties.
