电催化氧化与MBBR组合工艺处理乡镇混合污水的试验研究

摘要 采用电催化氧化和MBBR组合工艺对乡镇垃圾中转站废水和农村生活污水组成的混合污水处理进行了研究。首先采用电催化氧化工艺对垃圾中转站废水进行预处理,然后采用MBBR工艺对乡镇混合污水进行生化处理。结果表明:在电解电压为20 V,氯化钠投加量为10 mg/L的条件下,采用电催化氧化工艺对COD质量浓度为1089 mg/L,色度为500倍的废水电解反应120 min,色度和COD去除率分别达到90.5%和53.5%;MBBR工艺出水指标中,除总磷和悬浮物外,COD、氨氮、总氮均达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A排放标准;总磷去除率可通过生化排泥和化学除磷进一步提高,悬浮物去除率可通过设置过滤装置进一步提高。 Electroctatlytic oxidation and MBBR combined process was adopted to treat mixed sewage from villages and towns waste transfer station and rural domestic sewage.Wastewater from waste transfer station was pretreated by electrocatalytic oxidation process;besides,the biochemical treatment of mixed sewage from villages and towns was carried out using MBBR process.The results showed that,under the condition that the electrolytic voltage was 20 V,the sodium chloride dosage was 10 mg/L,using electrolytic oxidation process to treat wastewater with COD concentration of 1089 mg/L and chroma of 500 times,the removal rates of chroma and COD reached 90.5%and 53.5%respectively within 120 min.Among all the quality indicators of the effluent water from MBBR process,except for total phosphorus and suspended solids,the mass concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen all met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.The removal rate of total phosphorus could be further improved through biochemical sludge discharge and chemical phosphorus removal;the removal rate of suspended solid could be further improved by setting a filter device.
