老龄垃圾渗滤液蒸发及产水芬顿氧化处理研究

摘要 针对老龄垃圾渗滤液有机负荷高、毒性强、生物难降解的特点,提出一种蒸发耦合芬顿氧化的处理工艺,可有效降解垃圾渗滤液中的有机污染物。首先,考察了不同pH值条件下渗滤液蒸发后产水中氨氮和有机物的浓度变化情况,结果表明,pH值上升会导致蒸发产水的COD浓度下降,氨氮浓度上升;蒸发产水的COD和氨氮浓度均随蒸发温度的升高而降低。其次,采用芬顿氧化法处理低负荷的渗滤液蒸发产水,进一步去除了难降解有机污染物,在n(Fe^(2+))∶n(H_(2)O_(2))=1∶2,Fe^(2+)投加量为4~8 mmol/L的条件,COD去除率可达60%~80%。此外,发现采用芬顿法直接氧化负荷较高的混合垃圾填埋场渗滤液蒸发产水时,硫化物会和Fe^(2+)发生反应出现废水变黑的现象,而采用活性炭进行吸附预处理可有效规避。研究结果表明,酸性低温蒸发耦合芬顿氧化是老龄垃圾渗滤液的一种有效的全量化处理方法。 In view of the characteristics of aged landfill leachate such as:high organic loading,strong toxicity,hard biodegradable and so on,a process of evaporation coupled with Fenton oxidation was adopted to effectively degrade organic pollutants in landfill leachate.The concentrations of ammonia nitrogen and organic matters in the leachate evaporation condensate at different initial pH value conditions were investigated.The results showed that,increasing pH value could decrease the COD concentration and increase the ammonia nitrogen concentration of the evaporation condensate;however,with the increasing of the evaporation temperature,the concentrations of COD and ammonia nitrogen of the evaporation condensate decreased.Using Fenton oxidation process to treat landfill leachate evaporation condensate with low organic loading,hard degradable organic pollutants could be further removed.Under the condition that the n(Fe^(2+)):n(H_(2)O_(2))was 1:2,the dosage of Fe^(2+)was 4-8 mmol/L,the removal rate of COD reached 60%-80%.Besides,it was found that,during the treatment of mixed landfill leachate evaporation condensate with high organic loading using direct oxidation by Fenton method,the phenomenon of wastewater blackening occurred due to the reaction between sulfide and Fe^(2+),which could be effectively avoided by pretreatment of activated carbon adsorption.The study results showed that,acidic low-temperature evaporation-Fenton oxidation coupling technology is an effective method for fully quantified treatment of aged landfill leachate.
