摘要
为了解决8750-65型迈步式吊斗铲提升和回拉滚筒端轴和轴承失效故障,基于吊斗铲提升和回拉系统驱动电机和滚筒安装结构,以及无齿轮传动电机直驱模式下滚筒轴承和端轴的工作负荷变化以及受力情况;分析了轴承失效原因,并给出了相应的解决方案。
In order to solve the failure of the end shaft and bearing of the lifting and pulling drum of the 8750-65 stepping bucket shovel,based on the driving motor and drum installation structure of the bucket shovel lifting and pulling system,as well as the changes in the working load and force situation of the drum bearing and end shaft under the direct drive mode of the gearless transmission motor,the article analyzes the causes of bearing failure and provides the corresponding solutions.
