浅谈山地光伏发电项目升压站的选址设计优化

摘要 以接入山地光伏发电项目的云南省会泽县唐家丫口220 kV升压站为例,采用归纳方法,从升压站的建筑工程(包括土石方开挖回填、挡墙和进站道路)和线路工程(包括集电线路和送出线路)两个方面综合分析山地光伏发电项目升压站选址设计的相关要素;然后在统筹考虑光伏方阵所在地块、升压站和汇流站的相对空间位置,以及光伏发电“关门”电价和并网发电进度后,分析相应的降本增效情况,给出了升压站选址设计优化的主要原则,以达到线路路径最优、整体造价最低、现场施工最便捷的目标。研究结果表明:1)升压站选址应结合当地的用地政策,在设计初期应采用当地乡政府的推荐用地。在推荐用地范围内应首先考虑进站道路的规划,考虑主变压器运输条件,尽可能靠近既有乡道,并满足主变压器运输时的转弯半径和坡度;再考虑开挖回填的土石方平衡和挡墙量;最后考虑地上附着物。2)升压站选址应综合考虑其与光伏方阵所在地块和汇流站的相对空间位置,选择与光伏方阵所在地块相近的海拔高度,并尽可能建设在其所接入的所有光伏方阵的中心位置;越靠近汇流站的区域越好,接入条件越便利越好。研究结果可为相关山地光伏发电项目升压站的选址设计优化提供借鉴。 This paper takes the Tangjiayakou 220 kV boosting station in Huize County,Yunnan Province,which is connected to mountain PV power generation projects,as an example.Using an inductive method,comprehensively analyzes the relevant elements of site selection and design for mountain PV power generation project boosting stations from two aspects:construction engineering(including earthwork of excavation and backfilling,retaining walls,and access roads)and line engineering(including collection lines and transmission lines).Then,after taking into account the relative spatial locations of the site where the PV array is located,the booster stations,and the confluence stations,as well as the"closed door"electricity price of PV power generation and progress of grid connected power generation,the corresponding cost reduction and efficiency improvement situations are analyzed.The main principles for optimizing the site selection and design of booster stations are proposed,in order to achieve the goals of optimal path of route,lowest overall cost,and most convenient on-site construction.The research results show that:1)The site selection of the booster station should be based on local land use policies,and in the initial design stage,the recommended land by the local township government should be used.In the recommended land use area,the planning of the access roads should be considered first,taking into account the transportation conditions of the main transformer,as close as possible to the existing township road,and meeting the turning radius and slope requirements for the transportation of the main transformer.Further consider the earthwork balance of excavation and backfilling,as well as the construction volume of retaining walls.Finally,consider the attachments on the ground.2)The site selection of the booster station should comprehensively consider its relative spatial position with the site where the PV array is located and the confluence station,choose an altitude close to the site where the PV array is located,and bui
