摘要
旨在探讨西藏自治区小学英语教师的跨学科素养现状及其提升策略。通过问卷调查和数据分析,研究发现该地区教师跨学科素养整体水平较低,面临着教师培养机制不足、教学资源欠缺和跨学科教学方法不完善等问题。针对这些问题,提出了加强教师专业培训、整合利用跨学科教学资源和研究应用跨学科教学策略等提升措施。此外,研究指出,样本规模、调查工具和数据分析方法存在局限性,建议未来研究时扩大样本量,采用多元化研究方法,并探索有效的跨学科教学资源和策略,以促进教师专业成长和教学质量提升。
This study aims to explore the current situation of interdisciplinary literacy of primary school English teachers in Xizang Autonomous Region and its improvement strategies.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,it is found that the overall level of interdisciplinary literacy of teachers in this region is low,and they are faced with problems such as insufficient teacher training mechanism,lack of teaching resources and imperfect interdisciplinary teaching methods.In response to these problems,this paper puts forward some measures such as strengthening teachers’professional training,integrating and utilizing interdisciplinary teaching resources and researching and applying interdisciplinary teaching strategies.In addition,the study points out the limitations of sample size,survey tools and data analysis methods,and suggests that future studies should expand the sample size,adopt diversified research methods,and explore effective interdisciplinary teaching resources and strategies to promote teachers’professional growth and improve teaching quality.
