摘要
目的观察慢性鼻窦炎中采取银花通窝鼻炎汤诊疗的效果及实践价值。方法选取2022年2月~2023年1月于我院就诊的慢性鼻窦炎患者参与研究,总例数68例,依据Excel表格分组,等比例分为对照组(常规西药治疗)、观察组(西药+银花通窍鼻炎汤),比较两组指标,包含临床疗效、鼻部症状评分及不良反应等。结果①临床疗效:观察组用药后有效率为97.06%,与对照组比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②鼻部症状积分:基于流脓涕/膜觉减退等积分上,观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③不良反应:两组不良反应率(发热、胃肠道反应等)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);④炎性因子水平:观察组白介素5(IL-5)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与对照组比更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎中采取银花通窍鼻炎汤诊疗效果可观,有益于鼻部症状/体征缓解,减轻炎性效应,且不良反应少,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the effect and practical value of Yinhua Tongqiao Biyan decoction in the diagnosis and treatment of sinusitis diseases.Methods A total of 68 patients with sinusitis 2023 from February 2022 to January 2022 were enrolled in the study,the patients were divided into two groups in equal proportion:control group(treated with routine Western medicine)and Observation Group(treated with Western medicine and Yinhua Tongqiao Biyan decoction).Results①clinical curative effect:the effective rate of the observation group after treatment was97.06%,there was a significant difference compared with the control group(p<0.05);The score of nasal symptoms:based on the score of suppurative discharge/hyposmia,the observation group was lower than the control group;Adverse reactions:there was no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of adverse reactions(fever,gastrointestinal reaction,etc.)(P>0.05);@The levels of IL-5 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05),and the levels of IL-5 and TNF-αin the tumor necrosis factor group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Yinhua Tongqiao Biyan decoction is an effective and safe sinusitis for the treatment of nasal diseases.It is beneficial to the alleviation of nasal symptoms and signs and the alleviation of inflammatory effects.
