摘要
以北方冬冷地区某倒置式屋面实际工程案例为研究对象,重点阐述了倒置式屋面渗漏问题产生的各方面原因、维修施工方案技术要点及质量控制措施;对原渗漏屋面进行局部开挖,排除构造层内积水,加设双层排汽管系统,最后整体设置4 mm厚SBS改性沥青防水卷材+1.5 mm厚非固化橡胶沥青涂料复合防水层,维修后屋面效果良好。
Taking a practical engineering case of an inverted roof in the cold winter region of northern China as the research object,this paper focuses on various reasons for the leakage problem of inverted roofs,the technical points of maintenance and construction plans,and quality control measures.Partial excavation is carried out on the original leaking roof to remove the accumulated water in the structural layer,and a double-layer exhaust pipe system is added.Finally,a combined waterproofing layer of 4 mm thick SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane and a 1.5 mm thick non-solidified rubber asphalt coating is installed as a whole.The repair effect of the roof is good.
