摘要
低氧是细胞常见的一种氧化应激状态,影响细胞的能量代谢过程,而线粒体是细胞内能量产生的重要部位。近来研究还发现线粒体在调控间充质干细胞(MSCs)功能方面具有重要作用。本文就低氧对MSCs线粒体能量代谢的影响及相关机制进行综述。
Hypoxia is a common state of oxidative stress that affects cellular energy metabolism,and mitochondria are crucial sites for energy production within cells.Recent studies have also found that mitochondria play an important role in regulating the function of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs).This article reviews the impact of hypoxia on mitochondrial energy metabolism in MSCs and the relat⁃ed mechanisms.
