摘要
随着智能制造技术的发展,凸轮轴作为汽车发动机中的关键部件,其加工精度和生产效率的提升已成为制造业的重要课题。本文针对凸轮轴的高速精密磨削工艺及其智能磨削装备进行研究,旨在提高凸轮轴的加工质量和生产效率,减少生产成本,并实现智能化生产。
With the development of intelligent manufacturing technology,the camshaft,as a key component in the automobile engine,the improvement of its processing precision and production efficiency has become an important topic in the manufacturing industry.This paper studies the high-speed precision grinding process and intelligent grinding equipment of camshaft,aiming to improve the processing quality and production efficiency of camshaft,reduce the production cost,and realize intelligent production.
