摘要
本文以建筑项目为研究对象,采取理论分析方式,从工程监理在建筑项目中的作用出发,结合工作经验分析建筑工程监理管理方面的影响因素,发现在任何建筑项目中工程监理都具有不可或缺性,企业要根据行业对监理工作提出的新要求,在工程项目实施全过程中重视监理工作,并指出监理管理的改进措施。
Taking the construction project as the research object,it focuses on exploring the relevant contents of engineering supervision.Taking a theoretical analysis,from the role of engineering supervision in construction projects,combined with work experience to analyse the impact factors of construction supervision management,pointing out the improvement measures of supervision management,indicating that in any construction project,engineering supervision is indispensable,and the relevant personnel need to be based on the new requirements put forward by the industry on the work of supervision,pay attention to the supervision work during the whole process of implementation of the project,and increase the investment in this area.In this regard,the input.
