汽车后排乘员安全带佩戴舒适性分析

摘要 选取了某紧凑型SUV车型,在其安全带上固定点的法规区域内建立验证单元,通过人机校核软件对不同中国体征的人体模型进行模拟,得出汽车后排上固定点佩戴安全带时的舒适区域、勒脖区域和滑肩区域的分布情况及其规律,可作为车企和安全带企业在安全带后排上固定点设计和优化时的参考。 Selecting a compact SUV model and establishes verification units within the regulatory area of its safety belt upper fixed point.Simulate human models of different Chinese physical signs through human-machine verification software,the distribution and patterns of comfortable,neck-strangulation,and shoulder-slip regions for the upper fixed points of the rear seat safety belts are obtained,which can be used as a reference for automotive and safety belt manufacturers in design and optimization of the safety belt upper fixed points in the rear seat.
