人工血管的研发进展及应用现状

摘要 心血管疾病是威胁人类健康的重大疾病,是全球面临的重大公共卫生问题。人工血管置换术已成为多种血管类疾病治疗的主要方法,但仍会面临移植失败的风险。本综述主要从小口径人工血管的研发困境、人工血管的研发进展以及人工血管的产业化进程等目前的热点研究方向做一简要综述,以期为研究人员提供新的思路。 Cardiovascular disease is a major disease threatening human health and a significant public health issue worldwide.Artificial blood vessel replacement surgery has become a primary treatment method for various vascular diseases,yet it still faces the risk of transplantation failure.This review primarily provides a concise overview of current research directions,including the challenges in the development of small-diameter artificial vessels,the research advancement and the industrial progress of artificial blood vessels,in the hope of providing new ideas for researchers.
