铅铋堆离心泵内高温液态金属动力学特性研究

Dynamic Characteristics of Liquid Metal at High Temperature in a Lead-bismuth Reactor Centrifugal Pump

摘要 本文以铅铋堆离心泵为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法研究了泵内高温液态金属介质的动力学特性。研究结果表明:介质属性改变对泵扬程和效率影响不大,全流量工况下液态铅铋介质(LBE)均略高于常温清水,设计流量下扬程相差0.32 m,效率相差2.09%。液态LBE介质的轴功率约为常温清水的10.4倍,与两者密度比值基本相同。液态LBE介质对流场的影响体现在一定程度上抑制了叶轮进口的逆流,降低了叶轮出口的轴向速度梯度,降低了大流量工况时导叶内压力脉动幅度。液态LBE介质下的轴向力约为常温清水介质的23.75倍,径向合力约为常温清水介质的10倍,介质属性的改变对泵受力特性影响很大。研究结果可为今后铅铋堆离心泵的设计及性能评估提供参考。 Based on the lead-bismuth stack centrifugal pump,this study investigates the kinetic properties of high-temperature liquid metal media in the pump using numerical methods.The results show that the change of medium properties has little effect on the pump head and efficiency,and the liquid lead bismuth medium(LBE)is slightly higher than normal temperature clear water at full flow conditions,with a difference of 0.32 m in head and 2.09%in efficiency at design flow.The shaft power of liquid LBE medium is about 10.4 times that of normal temperature clear water,and the density ratio of the two mediums is the same.The influence of liquid LBE medium on the flow field is reflected in the suppression of the backflow at the impeller inlet to a certain extent and the reduction of the axial velocity gradient at the impeller outlet,reduced pressure pulsation in the guide vane during high flow conditions.The axial force under liquid LBE medium is about 23.75 times that of normal temperature clear water medium,and the radial combined force is about 10 times that of normal temperature clear water medium,and the change of medium properties has a great influence on the force characteristics of the pump.The research results can provide reference for future design and performance evaluation of centrifugal pumps for lead-bismuth reactors.
