摘要
市场上现有的制浆造纸实验系统往往各环节都是独立的,且实验平台技术落后,功能单一。为满足制浆造纸学科相关教学工作和深入研究需求,基于机器视觉技术进行造纸设备机电一体化实验系统设计,实现模切机纸张定位和纸张计数功能,对实验系统的总体设计、硬件选型进行详细介绍,搭建成像系统,并提出纸张视觉定位算法和纸张层叠图像的计数算法,对现有造纸设备机电一体化实验平台进行优化。这一方面能够为我国造纸行业培养更多具备较好实践技能的人才,另一方面也能够发挥机器视觉技术应用价值,辅助生产决策,达到提质增效、降本减存的目的。
The existing pulping and paper experimental systems on the market are often independent of each link,and the experimental platform technology is backward and the function is single.In order to meet the needs of pulp and paper related teaching and in-depth research,this paper designs the mechatronic experimental system of paper making equipment based on machine vision technology,realizes the paper positioning and paper counting functions of die-cutting machine,introduces the overall design and hardware selection of the experimental system in detail,and builds an imaging system.Paper visual positioning algorithm and paper stacking image counting algorithm are proposed to optimize the mechatronics experimental platform of paper making equipment.On the one hand,it can train more talents with better practical skills for China’s paper industry,and on the other hand,it can also play the application value of machine vision technology,assist production decision-making,and achieve the purpose of improving quality and efficiency,reducing cost and saving.
