摘要
文章介绍了VOC的测试项目以及国外汽车VOC测试方法,并详细比对了我国现有的汽车VOC测试的国家标准。我国目前已发布实施4项整车VOC的国家标准,1项零部件VOC的国家标准,1项材料VOC的国家标准,通过分析得出我国已经形成比较完善的VOC测试国家标准体系,后续还可以丰富不同车辆类型、不同测试工况、不同零部件的采样袋尺寸、以及多种内饰材料的VOC测试标准,统一分析方法,并根据医学健康等相关研究设置不同VOC项目及限值。
The article introduced the test items of VoC and the automotive VoC test methods of foreign countries,and compared the national standards of automotive voc test in our country.At present,China has issued and implemented 4 national standards for automotive VoC,1 national standard for parts voC and 1 national standard for material voc.Through the analysis,it was concluded that China has formed a relatively perfect national standard system for VoC testing.Subsequently,VoC test standards for different vehicle types,different test conditions,sampling bag sizes of different parts,and various interior materials can be enriched,analysis methods can be unified,and different Voc items and limits can be set according to medical and health related studies.
